Jeremy is an award-winning documentary filmmaker best known for his feature films GMO OMG and DIVE! Living Off America’s Waste. His most recent feature film was selected as a Sundance Catalyst film and is currently in production. He has won over 30 awards at festivals around the world, including Best Documentary at the Environmental Media Awards. Jeremy’s client list includes PBS, IMS Productions, Atlas Films, Basao Tea, Rodale Farms, and Wake Forest College. In addition to directing and producing, Jeremy is also an accomplished editor with a host of credits on both feature and short documentaries. The personal nature of his films, using both heart and humor, finds instant connection with viewers and inspires real change both personally and socially. Jeremy has appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher, Dr. Oz, NPR’s The Story, and many other news outlets. Jeremy and his wife, Jen, live in North Carolina with their three children, Finn, Scout, and Pearl.

For me, making documentaries began in a dumpster...that I had already been diving in for years with friends.
After winning over 30 awards at festivals around the world and having life-changing experiences and
partnerships, I'm still drawn to the simplicity of run-and-gun filmmaking, fully immersed in the subject matter,
totally raw, and fully engaged by living a good story, not just telling one.
